Admission requirements

Access to this master’s degree is open to holders of an official bachelor’s degree from a Spanish university or from another higher education institution within or outside the European Higher Education Area, provided this gives access to postgraduate studies in the country of issue.

Admission requirements are as follows:

  • Hold an official degree in Medicine
  • Specialise in plastic surgery or be in your last year of residency training in general surgery, gynaecology, OTS, ORL and maxillofacial surgery.

To be able to benefit fully from the master’s degree it is recommended that you have at least a EUROPASS Level B2 in English. To do so, you can obtain the EUROPASS “Language Passport”, which can be obtained for free at the following website:

All requirements must be fulfilled by providing the corresponding documents.

Selection criteria

Should the number of applicants be higher than that of places on offer, these will be allocated according to the following criteria:

  • Academic transcript 40%
  • Curriculum Vitae: experience and professional practice 50%
  • Cover letter 5%
  • Reference letters 5%

No additional training courses are offered.
